On behalf of the VISCED project on Virtual Schools and Colleges, Sero Consulting Ltd wishes to appoint a consultant or consultants to: improve the material on the VISCED wiki about school and college education in Brazil and/or create a set of exemplars in Brazil of virtual schools or colleges and related provision focussed at students in the 14-21 age range.
